Mark and Cindy welch, proud natives of northeast Oklahoma, recognized a vital need: heartfelt, high-quality home care in their community. Driven by this passion, they founded Ray of Sunshine Helping Hands, inspired by Cindy's father- Raymond Henry. A respected figure and beloved Oklahoma State Trooper and Noble County Undersheriff, Raymond devoted over three decades to serving others. His legacy of compassion deeply influenced Mark and Cindy's vision.
