Mark and Cindy Welch, natives of northeast Oklahoma, saw the immediate need for quality home care in their community and decided to take matters into their own hands. Ray of Sunshine Helping Hands was inspired after Cindy’s father, who was well-known and loved throughout their community. Raymond Henry served as an Oklahoma State Trooper and Noble County Undersheriff for more than 30 years of combined service. He had a tremendous passion for serving others.
Our Story
Mark and Cindy have been happily married for 35 years. They have two children and two granddaughters. They have a passion for serving others and look forward to the opportunity to serve your family with the highest quality care possible. Cindy has more than 35 years of nursing experience and Mark has more than 20 years of business management experience. Together, they are excited to pursue their passion of serving others.
